CHiQ has emerged as one of the top brands at this year’s Finder Retail Awards, picking up a suite of accolades for its fridges and freezers.
To determine the nation’s most loved brands, Finder surveyed more than 10,000 Australian consumers about the products they own in partnership with research firm Dynata.
Respondents rated brands across a range of metrics, including reliability, value for money and ease of use.
In the Best Freezer category, CHiQ was crowned the Most Reliable brand in Australia, with a total customer score of 4.9 out of 5.
It also received Highly Commended awards for being a Loved and Value freezer brand.
In addition, CHiQ freezers received a perfect reliability rating of 100%.
In the Best Fridge category, CHiQ was ranked #1 for Value. Surveyed customers thought CHiQ provided better value for money than any other fridge brand.
CHiQ’s fridge range also received an impressive reliability rating of 91%.
